This terms of service is made and settled by Webspacedepot.net. Together with the second party which uses the internet service that was provided by Webspacedepot.net, from now on will be called Client(s). Both parties are settle to agree and follow the rules and regulation which are mentioned below :
1. Description of Service.
Webspacedepot.net provides web hosting and internet
related service. Webspacedepot.net also provides technical support service which is
available on normal working hours and days. Client(s) use(s) hardware and
software from the server which is provided by Webspacedepot.net. Client(s) may start
using the service after Client(s) has paid for the service fees and has
registered by filling the form provided by Webspacedepot.net and has received
confirmation via e-mail from Webspacedepot.net.
2. Regulation on Server Usage.
Client(s) IS/ARE FORBIDDEN in any effort to
damage or replace data and server's configuration of Webspacedepot.net which is not
Client(s)' property. Using Webspacedepot.net server in effort to enter/damage/replace
data and system configuration of others' server. Using Webspacedepot.net server for
adult/pornographics hosting, running background process (program that runs
nonstop in server) and daemon server such as IRC,IRC bots, rc5des,eggdrops, Java Chat Server,
etc. Running program above limitation (using to much memory and CPU time) which
can impact Webspacedepot.net server's stabilization. Sending spammed e-mails in large , whether it is in news form, product offering, promotion, etc
that aren't asked and wanted by others.Violators of this will not be entitled to a refund of payments made.
3. Support Service.
Webspacedepot.net obliges to provide support service for
Client(s) which is related to the account owned by Client(s). The support
services such as answering the technical issues or questions, altering Client(s)
password, altering file attribute, creating e-mail, and configuring Client(s)'
server. Webspacedepot.net does not provide service such as creating and debugging CGI
script/PHP/program belonged to Client(s). Support service is provided by
Webspacedepot.net in normal working hours and days by e-mail.
4. Domain Name.
Webspacedepot.net has right to register domain under Client(s)'
name if is asked by Client(s). Anything related to domain name administration
and payment is handled by Client(s) him/her/theirself unless if Webspacedepot.net has
agreed to help the process. The fully registered domain's name becomes
Client(s)' property after a 2 month confirmed payment period has elasped . Clients cannot seek ownership of the domain if a full refund has been established .
5. Payment and Refund Policy
Webspacedepot.net will setup Client(s)' account
immediately after Webspacedepot.net received the payment confirmation. Client(s)'
does/do the payment via credit cards, checks or money order on the secured
online order page or offline order page. Webspacedepot.net offers a 30-day refund
policy if what your order does not meet your needs or if you didn't receive what
was advertised or expected. After a 30-day refund policy expired, Client(s) CAN
NOT issue the refund anymore, all fees paid for service are become
non-refundable . Accounts are completely terminated from their server after 2 months of non-payment .
6. Cancellation.
Webspacedepot.net has the right to cancel the contract without
Client(s)' confirmation if Client(s) doesn't/don't obey and fulfill the rules
and regulations settled in this agreement. Client(s) may asked for the
cancellation via email to Webspacedepot.net along with username, domain name and
password. The cancellation request after 30-day refund policy expired can caused
all fees paid for service CAN NOT be refunded.
7. Disclaimer.
Webspacedepot.net is not responsible for what is in Client(s)'
website. Client(s) is fully responsible for what is in his/her/their own
website. Webspacedepot.net does not guarantee the accuracy and completion of the
content of Client website. Webspacedepot.net is not responsible for the cause made by
what is in Client(s)' website. Webspacedepot.net is not responsible for the lost of
data which belongs to Client(s).
8. Reassemble Agreement.
Webspacedepot.net has the right to reassemble the
content of this agreement without obliging to report it to Client(s).
9. Understanding.
This agreement was written with common definitions used
in Computer and Internet Communication field, and are fully understood by
Webspacedepot.net and Client(s).
This privacy policy is made and settled by Webspacedepot.net. Together with the third party which uses the internet service that was provided by Webspacedepot.net, from now on will be called Client(s). Both parties are settle to agree and follow the rules and regulation which are mentioned below :
Webspacedepot.net is firmly committed to the privacy of Client(s). Webspacedepot.net has developed the following policy to disclose the information gathering and dissemination practices for this site.
Webspacedepot.net collects certain information from Client(s) for billing and administrative functions. None of the information collected for these functions is provided to any outside party for any reason. From time to time Webspacedepot.net receives inquiries for examples of sites hosted by Webspacedepot.net. If Client(s) would like to have their site available for such use, please contact support@Webspacedepot.net. No information other than Client(s)' site name will be provided to the individual making the inquiry.

Security measures are in place to protect against loss, alteration, or misuse of data collected. Client(s) is/are responsible for ensuring that only they or their authorized designees utilize their accounts.
